I’m Joel mosley and we just doing a quick defensive tutorial… now neither one of the ladies want to actually be a fighter,
but they do you want to learn some basic boxing techniques, exercises and basic fighting moves. As you can see every punch is actually exaggerated. They know what punches the other is going to throw…. Bobbing on a straight punch and weaving on hooking punches.
