It’s important to learn correct pad holding, to avoid injuries, and to improve workouts. A good pad holder will make your workout great again, but a poor pad holder will break it!

I’ve taught a few thousand people how to safely hold pads now and this is the order than I normally introduce all the basic points. Of course there is so much more to learn, pad holding is an art form all in itself. Look out for future tutorials where I will introduce more advanced routines.
